If you're a guest of Cheval Blanc Hotel Courchevel, you are also invited guest to the new Michelen-class dining experience by French restaurateur Yannick Alléno. In its new slope-side location, Le 1947 reveals a refined leather-clad decor and caters to just 25 guests every evening, in a single sitting in stylish, modern environment. Each season, the multi-award winning Chef creates several menus, selecting an exceptional collection of French-inspired dishes for each. Alléno has collaborated with head winemakers from Moët Hennessy’s most prestigious maisons, using surprising ingredients from the cellars such as oak barrels, flint and chalks in his culinary creations. The restaurant’s open kitchen gives a feeling of transparency, offering diners a view of the chefs at work and inviting them to step behind the scenes and add their own touch to some of Alléno’s dishes.
