Pelleossa Skinny Chair by Francesco Faccin

The The Pelleossa chair designed by Francesco Faccin. It is made of traditional materials and technology inspired by some great classics of Italian design of a pre Industrial. It is lowering the production costs to a minimum. The chair consists conventional lathe and turning "copy" that, indeed, copy a matrix usually aluminum, and that they used for the back and hind legs. The chair is turned by the repetition of only two diameters (30mm and 15mm max min) because the constant diameter round poles can easily be produced with standard machines. It's called Pelleossa (Skinny) in Italy because in fact reminiscent of polished bones.
