Yolkr - The Incredible Egg Yolk Separator

There are many situation where I really need to separate the yolk from the egg. I have even stop making Leche Flan because of I don't have an instrument to separate the egg yolk. Auckland, New Zealand based designer Hamish Dobbie came up with a simple but modern idea to do this process. This awesome 'Yolkr' is a good looking, long lasting, safe, easy to clean beautiful kitchen instrument. This project is currently seeking the funding at kickstarter. Check out the video.
