Boston dynamic's canine robot open doors

The Spotmini robot which was introduced in 2016 has been improvised. The modified robot has a fifth appendage to help open the doors effortlessly.

The Boston Dynamic’s has released a video titled ‘hey buddy, can you give me a hand?’ showing what spot mini is capable of. In the 45 second video, the spot mini not only opens the door by itself but it also holds the door open for its colleague to pass through.

The Spotmini robots can outperform the other humanoid robots by being able to climb stairs and can handle objects in its surroundings like your home or outdoors.
