Those touchscreen phones with multi-touch technologies are pretty cool but it seems that future belongs to the holographic phones.
Here you can see a conceptual design that is based on holographic display technology. This phone is designed for Apple by Josselin Zaigouche but, sadly, it shouldn’t come to the market before 2020.
If you look better, you would see why this thing cannot be produced now. This is still something that can be seen in sci-fi movies but we believe that nothing is impossible and one day such phones and devices could become reality.

The holographic phone has a central mouse ball that suspends and permits the client to control all the phone functions and applications in mid-air. By simply opening the palm of your hand, the central ball climbs into the air and opens up the phone's applications utilizing its slippery holographic screen.the Apple Black Hole mobile phone fuses four segments: a charging base; the Prism; the Black Hole handset itself and the giftbox.
