 The latest watch from Issey Miyake appears to be carved from a block of ice.  This sleek, simple and stylish watch is named after the french word “eau” for “water”, a subject that also inspired its design.  Its fluid curves and translucent character embody a sense of minimalism that is lost in most modern watch designs.  This watch has a pair of hands on a blank dial over a crystalline clear band.  The result is a piece of statement jewelry that reaches far ahead of the curve by going back to the basics.  Nice touch, Mr. Tokujin Yoshioka..  [viadesignboom] (via)
