Sculptural Wooden In-Tray

The IN-Tray is and sculptural wooden object inspired by designer Isamu Noguchi's iconic mid-century glass and wood coffee table. In tray can be used for many purposes depend on the need. Tray is made with locally sourced, sustainably harvested American Walnut wood by gluing it. After carefully choosing the wood, it is carved using a process called 'flip milling on a CNC router'. Once the milling is complete, the piece is attentively sanded. Tool marks and burns are removed and the wood is smooth to the touch. IN Tray comes in three sizes: small, medium, and large, individually and in sets. Project is currently seeks funding at Kickstarter.
