Finger&Ruler is a 2013 iF Design Award concept design winning rolling ruler concept designed by Shim Ha Eun. Wear the ruler on your finger, equipped wheel allows you to measure the dimensions of the materials over which the wheel is rolled. For most people, using a typical tape measure is normally not a problem. However, you always need two hands to manage.
