Generally, outlet is located in the bottom than the user's sight. So, user should kneel or pose in an inconvenient position to access the outlet. People endure the inconvenience in order to find outlet's location and utilize it. In addition, this situation brings about the many inconvenience. Because user must insert the plug in an invisible place like behind the furniture just using the senses of hands. The ∠33˚ Outlet is a socket plug concept which is designed for power outlets that are located at the bottom of the wall. Thanks to the angled position, inserting a plug into the outlet is very easy. The socket is easily accessible and invisible to people who don’t know it’s there!
Even though design seems to be creative, installing the outlet seems to be pretty hard and unlike regular outlets, in case there is a water leakage, it can also flow into the socket easily. What would designer say about it?
