All electric Morgan EV3 hits production next year

After the revelation of its latest project in Geneva motor show in 2016.  The British car company has announced a partnership with Frazer-Nash Energy Systems. As the all-electric Morgan EV3  enters production next year.

The car is powered by liquid-cooled motor driving the rear wheel only. It can go from 0-62 in under 9 seconds and hit a top speed of over 90 mph. Expecting 150 miles (240 km) of operational range on the 20 kWh battery pack. Morgan’s EV3 also promises some serious lightweight goals claiming to weigh less than 500kg.

The car is expected to go into production later next year. And "will be priced comparably to the petrol 3 Wheeler," which starts at £31,000 (US$44,200).
